I adopt the terms of use for the Apple App Store.
I do not have advertisements in my app, and do not collect or retain any information about you.
I do not use any 3rd-party tracking libraries or tools that contain such libraries. I do not collect any analytics for my app. I just use the default anonymized analytics provided by Apple. All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. The Apple App Store retains your credit card or other payment information.
The only information I store in my database is: your email, an encrypted version of your password, a list of puzzles you have completed, and your current and best streak of weekly puzzle completions.
If you submit a puzzle to my app and I do not add it to my app, the information will be deleted as soon as it is reviewed. If you would like me to remove a puzzle on my app that you submitted, you can email me at qualuff@gmail.com. Any puzzles that you have not submitted exist only on your phone. No information about them is collected.
All purchases on the website are made through Stripe, and they retain your credit card or other payment information.
If you provide me with any personal information about yourself, or if others give me your information, I will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to me.
I do not request, collect, or access your location information.
I will not disclose your personal information to any third parties, unless you request for me to do so, or if it is required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
If I ever sell any portion of my assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on my website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
When you use the Apple App Store to finalize and pay for your order, you will provide your credit card number directly to them. Their privacy policy will apply to the information you provide them.
My website will store a cookie on your computer to allow your to stay logged into the puzzles section.
If you vote in the YouTube Bracket, a cookie will be stored on your computer to show you if you have already voted on a contest. The only information retained by me is the total number of votes each video received in each contest.
I do not have ads on my website
When I collect personal information directly from you, I follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information you submitted, both during transmission and once I receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, I cannot guarantee its absolute security. In order to make a purchase from me, you must use a third party checkout (Apple App Store or Stripe) to finalize and pay for your order.
